Penelope Przekop, Executive Vice President, Quality & Compliance, and Data Protection Officer. Penelope brings more than thirty years of GxP quality assurance/systems and compliance experience. Currently, she is CEO of PDC Pharma Strategy, a consulting firm that develops and executes risk-based strategies that support comprehensive global regulatory compliance through the drug development process and product lifecycle. Prior to PDC Pharma Strategy, Penelope held leadership roles at Covance, Novartis, Wyeth, and Johnson & Johnson. She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Quality Systems Engineering from Kennesaw State University. Penelope is a graduate of the Rutgers University Senior Leadership Program for Professional Women, and the Smith College Customized Program for Women’s Leadership. She is a frequent industry speaker and writer, and the author of Six Sigma for Business Excellence (McGraw-Hill), and 5-Star Career: Define and Build Yours Using the Science of Quality Management (Productivity Press).
