Stanley Kim is VP of Intellectual Property for ILiAD. Stan has worked in the intellectual property (IP) field for more than 20 years, over which time he served as a technology transfer officer, a patent attorney for large law firms, and in house counsel for emerging biotechnology companies. He has extensive experience in procuring domestic and foreign patents, strategic patent portfolio development, IP opinions and due diligence, IP litigation matters, licensing, material transfer agreements, collaborative research agreements, and clinical trial agreements. Stan is also an inventor of several patents and an author of various published legal articles. Stan holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bowdoin College, a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami, and a law degree from Suffolk University where he graduated with honors.
