The Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply will serve as ILiAD Biotechnologies' senior-most manufacturing leader, overseeing operations across Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC), process development, GMP manufacturing, supply chain, quality interfaces, and technical operations for all ILiAD programs, including BPZE1, the company's live attenuated intranasal pertussis vaccine.
This individual will also oversee BioLyo Technologies, ILiAD's wholly owned subsidiary and CDMO specializing in live bacterial product (LBP) process and analytical development, which plays a central role in process characterization and preparation of the lyophilized drug product for late-stage development.
In this highly visible role, the SVP will define and execute the company's CMC strategy to ensure readiness as BPZE1 advances into its pivotal program and toward commercial scale. Key priorities include overseeing GMP manufacturing of Phase 3 clinical supply and PPQ materials, supporting the pre-approval inspection (PAI), leading BLA preparation and submission, and ensuring launch readiness and commercial manufacturing scale.
ILiAD Biotechnologies is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Development to serve as a senior, hands-on clinical leader and trusted partner to executive leadership. This individual will take full ownership of day-to-day clinical development activities, stepping in to lead and execute workstreams currently managed at the executive level while helping guide the overall development strategy for the company's lead program.
This role is centered on late-stage clinical development, with an immediate focus on Phase 3 execution. The VP will combine deep operational involvement — authoring protocols and CSRs, overseeing studies and CROs, and making critical study decisions — with strategic input into program direction, publication planning, and future medical affairs needs.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, accountable, and comfortable operating in a build-stage environment — someone who can independently run clinical activities, make sound judgments in complex studies, and "roll up their sleeves" to deliver high-quality outputs.
The General Counsel will serve as the company's first in-house legal leader, responsible for building and scaling a proactive, business-aligned legal function during a critical phase of growth. This role will consolidate legal work currently handled across outside counsel and internal stakeholders into a structured, efficient model, while establishing the processes, frameworks, and standards needed to support a rapidly evolving organization.
The General Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team while directly managing contracts, identifying risks early, and implementing scalable legal processes. A central focus will be preparing the company for public company readiness, including SEC compliance and IPO preparation, while partnering cross-functionally to embed practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance into business decision-making.
