Nancy Soohoo is Vice President and General Counsel of ILiAD. She has extensive experience in contracts, public company reporting, and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Before joining ILiAD, she served as Vice President and General Counsel of Curis, Inc. Prior to working in biotech, Nancy served as Senior Contracts Counsel at NerveWire, Inc., a startup management consulting and systems integration firm. Before joining NerveWire, Nancy held positions of increasing responsibility in IT Licensing and Contracts at Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, Inc., a not-for-profit health services company. She holds a B.A. In Political Science from Boston College and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
